Flexible catenary idler for belt conveyor

The rubber made flexible idler, also known as “Catenary idler” is installed in the carry side of a trough design conveyor belt. The idlers characteristics are: Excellent resistance to abrasion and corrosion, Don’ tear the belt, Guides the belt, Centers the charge, Self-aligning effect, Self-cleaning due to the discs movement. This idler replaces the three traditional steel rollers and being one idler instead of three its support is much simpler. It is supplied with white discs for soap and food industry.
